Elizachristoph.com offers complimentary shipping to customers in the United States for orders placed before 1 pm EST. For orders placed after 1 pm EST or on weekends, the order will ship the next business day.
International
Elizachristoph.com offers complimentary international express shipping on all orders.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and displayed at checkout. Please select your correct location to ensure local market pricing for your item(s), shipping cost, and delivery times.
Elizachristoph.com ships DHL internationally on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that appropriate import duties and VAT taxes are included in your product price. We ship DDP to the following countries:

Returns and exchange policy
At elizachristoph.com, we want to make your shopping experience pleasant and seamless. We want you to shop confidently, knowing that if an item does not fit, arrives damaged, or does not meet your expectations, it is easily returnable.
Elizachristoph.com offers complimentary returns 30 days from the delivery date. We accept items for return that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. Please include with your return(s) all original tags included with item(s).
Please complete the return form and locate your prepaid USPS or DHL return shipping label. If you cannot find your returns label, please email us at returns@elizachristoph.com
For orders all sales taxes, if applied, will be refunded. Please note it may take up to 21 business days to process your refund, depending on varying processing times at our facility and between payment providers. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
