International

Elizachristoph.com offers complimentary DHL international express shipping on all orders.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and displayed at checkout. Please select your correct location to ensure local market pricing for your item(s), shipping cost, and delivery times.

Elizachristoph.com ships internationally via DHL on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that appropriate import duties and VAT are included in your item(s) price. We ship DDP to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

After an order is placed on Elizachristoph.com, it cannot be changed or amended.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns and Exchanges

At elizachristoph.com, we want to make your shopping experience pleasant and seamless. We want you to shop confidently, knowing that if an item does not fit, arrives damaged, or does not meet your expectations, the item is easily exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. We accept returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items. Please include all original tags with your return.

Final sale merchandise—including merchandise marked final sale or merchandise discounted by 50% or greater off the original price—cannot be returned.

Need to make a return or exchange an item? We will be happy to exchange your purchase for another size. For exchanges, please email us at customercare@elizachristoph.com

If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All sales taxes, customs duties and VAT if applied, will be refunded.

Please note it may take up to 21 business days to process your refund, depending on varying processing times at our facility and between payment providers. All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Pre-Orders

As a result of the high demand for specific items at elizachristohp.com, we now offer pre-orders. To pre-order an item, select the preorder button on the product page. We will provide an estimated delivery window for preordered items. All pre-ordered items are charged immediately at checkout. When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation and tracking information.

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment on full-priced items within 14 days of the purchase date. Items eligible for an adjustment at the time of the request must be in stock and be the same style, size, and color as the original item purchased. Sale items do not qualify for price adjustments.

Gift Packaging

Signature luxury packaging comes with all our orders, compliments of elizachristoph.com.
